Tinova™ Visual Ear Cleaner
Why not just use a cotton swab?
Cotton swabs work blind, and they can push wax further in instead of bringing it out. Tinova shows you exactly where you are, so you can move slowly, stay gentle and stop when you're done.

Luxe Ivory or Satin Onyx: what's the difference?
Only the finish. Luxe Ivory is a soft, warm white and Satin Onyx is a deep, understated black. Both have the same camera, lights, battery and accessories.
How does it connect to my phone?
Download the free companion app using the QR code in the instructions. Switch Tinova on, join its Wi-Fi network in your phone's settings, then open the app and the live view appears. Tinova makes its own Wi-Fi, so you don't need internet or a router. It works with iPhone (iOS 9 or later) and Android (4.4 or later) phones and tablets.
How do I use it?
Charge it fully before the first use. Fit a soft silicone tip, connect to the app and hold your phone where you can see it. Gently guide the tip into the outer part of the ear canal while you watch the screen, move slowly, and never push past resistance. If anything feels uncomfortable, stop. Follow the included instructions.
How often should I use it?
Less is more. Earwax is natural and protective, and ears mostly look after themselves. A gentle tidy once a week or less is plenty for most people.
How do I keep it clean?
Wipe the camera tip and the silicone tip with an alcohol wipe before and after each use, and let them dry. The silicone tips come off for washing in warm, soapy water. Never submerge the device itself. Tips are personal, so give everyone in the home their own.
How long does the battery last?
About 50 minutes of use per charge, which is many sessions for most people. It charges by USB-C in about 2 hours, with the cable included.
Can I use it on children?
Tinova is designed for adults. Children's ears are small and delicate, so for little ones, please ask your pediatrician what they recommend.
Is it safe for me?
Tinova is a personal care tool, not a medical device, and it isn't intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Please don't use it if you have ear tubes, a perforated eardrum, an ear infection or recent ear surgery. If you have ear pain, discharge, bleeding, dizziness or a change in your hearing, see a doctor instead. Only use it in the outer part of the ear canal and stop if you feel any discomfort.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free and tracked. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or check anytime on our Track Your Order page.
