Sculpt or Essential: which edition is for me?
Both editions have the same four light modes. Sculpt Edition has a smooth, full-face design that covers the nose and mouth too, with a handheld controller on a cable. Essential Edition leaves the nose and mouth open for easy breathing, with a controller that clips onto the strap.
What do the four light modes do?
Calm uses gentle green light for skin that feels stressed. Brighten uses warm amber light for a more even-looking tone. Rejuvenate uses red light for a rested, healthy-looking glow. Tighten pairs red light with near-infrared for skin that looks smoother and firmer. The mode names are printed on the controller, so you always know which one you're in.
How do I use it?
Start with clean, dry skin. Slip on the mask and adjust the strap. Press M to choose your light and T to choose a 5, 10 or 15-minute session, then relax. Most people make it part of their evening routine a few times a week. Follow the included instructions.
Can I see while I'm wearing it?
Yes. The open eye window lets you read, scroll or watch TV while you wear it. If the light feels bright, simply close your eyes and rest.
How long does the battery last?
The controller's 2000 mAh battery gives you about 1 to 1.5 hours of use per charge, and a full charge takes around 5 hours. No outlet needed while you wear it.
Why can't I see the near-infrared light?
Near-infrared light is invisible to the human eye, so in Tighten mode you'll only see the red glow. That's completely normal.
Is it safe for me?
AuraShield is a cosmetic self-care device, not a medical treatment, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please don't use it if you have an eye condition or are sensitive to light, have epilepsy, or take medication that makes you more sensitive to light (such as isotretinoin or certain antibiotics). If you're pregnant, have a medical condition or are under a doctor's care, check with your doctor first. Don't use on broken or irritated skin.
How long does shipping take?
